Saved us in a pinch! If you've ever tried to remove 2,500 pounds of dirt from your yard, you know what an impossible task it is--not the digging (though that part is hard), but actually finding a place to dispose of it. Very few dumps will accept fill dirt, and the list of rules to do it properly is absurdly long. After we had done our research, found our dump, and rented our Home Depot truck at the ungodly hour of 6 a.m., we discovered that the place we were going to take our dirt was unexpectedly closed for the entire weekend. In a panic, we called other places where we might drop our dirt. One after another, the customer service reps told us "tough luck," as we were either not residents of their counties, or they had rules forbidding the practice. After our tenth call, we found Bin There Dump That on a random Reddit post and held our breath. It was like the entire universe shifted into technicolor. Rachel-- who seems to be an all-around great person-- is one of the best customer service reps we've worked with, ever, in any industry. When a dumpster wasn't immediately available for our job, she called around to find one that might be delivered to us earlier than the official schedule. She succeeded, and within four hours, a small dumpster was at our door. We filled it up, and it was taken away less than 24 hours later, saving us at least 5 hours of driving the stuff to the dump ourselves. Communication was great, and service was beyond competent. We only wished we had known about this company sooner!
